Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. If for some reason there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you. If a product is not available to ship immediately, it will be placed on backorder, and you will be notified via e-mail.

Dialed Performance makes every effort to ship out orders in a timely manner. However, high demand items may occasionally be out of stock. If this is the case, we will do everything we can to expedite the process of you getting your order, but normal delivery times may be impacted.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Product

Absolutely, we always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise in its original packaging within 10 days of you receiving your order. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Please keep in mind that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and you are responsible for covering shipping to get the item(s) back to us.

We get it, accidents happen. It's also incredibly frustrating to recieve the wrong items. If you believe you were mistakenly shipped the incorrect order or an incorrect item within your order, please shoot our customer service team an email at customerservice@dialed-performance.com.

Here at Dialed Performance we work directly with our manufacturing partners to get you the parts you need in the timeframe that you need them. Sometimes this means that your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse or shop, instead of ours.
